He patiently understood that I had another estimate the following day before I would make my decision as to whose bid I would accept. He listened to my prior “burns” from home repairs that needed to be later redone. He assured me that his work was up to code as he prides himself on his workmanship and customer service. He stood behind his work and would be accountable if it did not pass permit inspection. He helped explain other things about plumbing that I had no idea about until my water heater sprang a leak for the first time, requiring me to seek his services. He got the job done within the same day and I felt comfortable to have him return for another plumbing job that I had been putting off.
