Since my house was renovated and ADU was built then; I had Nolasco plumbing did the entire work and maintained using this company since then. Yearly, I had them fo preventive maintainance and so far had no issues with our plumbing. My recent service was done by Luigi , who is pleasant / professional.. I was just a bit surprised with the price of the service compare to last year while I have supplied the parts for my RO system; my invoice was almost 75% higher. I am very pleased with the work performed by Luigi of Nolasco Plumbing.  He came out promptly and on time to repair my leaking water heater.  He diagnosed a few issues related to improper installation by another contractor and repaired the issue at a very reasonable price.  He also spent extra time to explain everything in detail so I could understand the issues.  My impression was that he was very honest, knowledgeable and reliable and I am so glad I reached out to this company for help with my Rinnai tankless water heater. Luigi was the plumber sent to fix our issue with our Navien Tankless Hot water Heater. He turned out to be a great representative for this company. He was courteous, patient, professional and very knowledgeable about our particular model and quickly figured out why our unit stopped heating the water. Luigi had our unit up and running by the next morning with the appropriate part and taught me how to clean the air filter on the unit to help prevent the problem that occurred with our heater. I am really satisfied with an excellent work from Francisco. This time he has installed a Pressure Regulator at my property. He did find a few problems that is the cause of dripping and pipe rattling. He made recommendation to solve it and I agreed to have him do the work. He focused on getting the work done right and finished within the time frame. He also help with contacting the Water Company to come out and deal with their old meter since it need to be shut off on such a short notice. Luigi from Nolasco Plumbing performed the annual service on our tankless water heater.  He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  He is very familiar with Navien tankless water heaters and is certified by Navien to install and maintain their units.  He pointed out that the gas connection used by the company that installed the unit (not Nolasco) was not to code.  He replaced the connection as part of the service at no extra charge.  He also suggested that we install a condensate neutralizer as our discharge pipe empties onto our concrete driveway – the acidic condensate released will erode the concrete over time.  The company that installed the unit told us the water discharge would be acidic but did not offer to install a neutralizer.  We appreciate Luigi’s thoroughness and would recommend him to anyone planning to install or service a tankless water heater.

Had an error code appear on our rheem tankless water heater and I reached out to Nolasco plumbing to help address the issue as I could not figure out what was going on. Called the phone number and they were able to send someone out later that day. Luis was an amazing technician and took time to explain the issue and to also identify the problems and go from there. Pricing was up front and transparent and they helped get the job done and get the water heater back up and running. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are in the Baldwin Park area as they are local and got the job done quick.
